This mission is required to do to leave the Venture Explorer.
Mission: EASY Rewards: REQUIRED
Go to Bob, the waving minifigure on board the Venture Explorer, as pictured below. He will give you a mission that will require you to bounce to sky lane, when you accept the mission... a small cut-scene will play showing you where she is. Go over to there.....
When you get over there, you should see a little pile of bricks, go up to them and quick build it. Make sure you have enoght imagination and click shift. If your out of imagination, get more from smashign near by crates. Then go onto the finished bouncer and you will be propelled throught the air directly to sky lane!
Talk to her, and you will complete your mission!
