You will now need to build 4 Communication buildings around Avant Gardens as a mission from Commander Beck.

Commander Beck will send you to build the four communication beacons around Avant Gardens, each must be built once, each requiring 6 imagination. So go to smashables and enemies for extra imagination.  Below are all the locations of the beacons. Note that there aren't any after the cave to the monument.

The first one (Location A) is located directly behind Commander Beck. Quick Build it with 6 imagination. There are some smashables to the left of Commander Beck if you need more imagination.

The next one (Location B) is to the right of Epsilon Starcracker down the path. Quick build it with 6 imagination. You can get some extra imagination from near by enemies by smashing them.

The third beacon  (Location C) is located right by the enterance of the Spiderling cave. If you are coming to the gate from the side Epsilon Starcracker is at, turn to the left before going through the gate.

And the final Communication Beacon (Location D) is located in the open area across from the Paradox Reasearch Facility in Avant Gardens near Epsilon Starcracker.

Once you find all these beacons, quick build them and you will complete this mission, The Beacons are also always avaliable for use even without the mission.
